Keaiosha Starr
Keaiosha Starr-Easting is the Founder and Executive Director of Just The Right Purpose, a nonprofit devoted to enhancing the lives of aging adults, individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing mental illness. With over 20 years of experience in direct care and community support, Keaiosha leads with both heart and hands-on expertise.
She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), fully trained in First Aid, CPR, AED, and BLS, and holds medication administration certification. Her professional background spans hospice care, critical care, brain injuries, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental health services — supporting people from all walks of life and age groups.
As a married mother of four, Keaiosha understands the importance of compassion, patience, and trust in caregiving. Her passion for service shines through in every aspect of the organization. From in-home care to community engagement, Keaiosha ensures that every program at Just The Right Purpose reflects her core values: dignity, empathy, and purpose-driven care.
